How do I get in touch?

We’re currently experiencing a high volume of calls, we ask that you only call our contact centre team if absolutely necessary, as we continue to help our more vulnerable customers and those that don’t have access to online services.

You can use your Self-Service Centre if you need to check any details or make a change to your policy – changes to your policy can be made faster online.

Alternatively, our Webchat service is available Monday - Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm to accept/decline your renewal, make policy changes or update us about a claim.

Please note, any temporary changes made to your policy due to Covid-19 will not be reflected in your current policy documents or within any upcoming renewal communication.

Windscreen claims:

Pet insurance:

All of our Geoffrey policies have now been rebranded Purely Pets.

If you are a Geoffrey Customer, please don’t worry. You are still covered, and your policy hasn’t changed. Any information you need will be on our Purely Pets website HERE.

We accept that things can occasionally go wrong and would encourage you to tell us about any concerns you have so that we can take steps to make sure the service you receive meets your expectations in the future.

How to notify us of the death of a policyholder:

We understand that losing someone is one of the most difficult times you’ll have to face. If the person who has passed away is a customer of ours, please notify us as soon as possible.
